    This is criminal assault and should be treated as such.

    Bill Kristal is a neoCON of the largest order, but he too deserves ever single bit of protection our Constitution demands.

    You might be right, but it’s a pretty funny and relatively harmless assault. A neo-con activist might just shoot you in the face when no one else is around and get some friends to help cover it up.
