		<description>This needs to stop.  I&#039;m not sure what the best way is to approach this issue, but this is a serious problem in American political discourse.  If we continue to allow our politicians to get away with using fear to coerce citizens and manipulate election outcomes, we will lose our selves in the process.</description>
